At There You Glow clinics there are a few options for skin boosting: profhilo and Polynucleotides. I can advise which will be best for you.
One of the most popular injectable skin treatments on the market. Profhilo contains the highest concentration of hyaluronic acid that is formulated in a very unique way. Its main effect is as a biostimulator which means it stimulates the production of your own collagen. It helps with deeply hydrating the skin, improving the firmness, fine lines and pore size. It also slows down ageing, gives a gentle lifting effect and incredible glow to your face. Profhilo can also be used in the neck, hands, abdomen area and pretty much anywhere you have had skin laxity.
The first time you have Profhilo treatment you will need 2 sessions 4 weeks apart. Profhilo is administered differently to the Redensity 1 treatment as it concentrates on 5 specific points in the mid and lower face (if treating the face). Once injected, it slowly spreads under the skin. The bumps may take a day or two to settle. You will see a gradual improvement in your skin which will last 6-9 months. I recommend a top-up session every 4-6 months depending on your skin laxity – this will help it to last even longer.
Polynucleotides (PN) are a new injectable bio-stimulating treatment made from Salmon DNA fragments. It is an anti-ageing treatment that works by helping cells to retain water, deeply hydrating the skin. It promotes collagen and elastin stimulation to lift, thicken, firm and contour the skin. It also helps increase antioxidant activity, protecting the skin from damage.
PN treatments are injected into the skin with a cannula in 3 to 4 sessions a month week apart. There is little discomfort with the treatment but, as with all injections, there is the potential for swelling or bruising. Results are seen in about 30 days.
PN treatments can be done in eye area, face, neck and chest area.
