To secure your appointment, a £40 booking deposit is required. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
After requesting an appointment, you may receive a message from the clinic to confirm details. Please ensure your phone number and contact information are entered correctly when booking.
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure another booking.
For treatments that require a separate prescribing consultation (for example anti-wrinkle treatments), the £40 deposit may be taken at the time of the prescription consultation to secure your treatment appointment.
If the treatment appointment is cancelled after the prescription has been issued, the deposit is non-refundable.
If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other clients. In some cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the deposit may be forfeited.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a charge of 25% of the full treatment cost.
All treatments are subject to consultation and medical suitability. In some cases, treatment may not be appropriate and alternative options will be discussed.

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive aesthetic treatments.
For safety reasons, children should not attend appointments unless accompanied by another adult who can supervise them during your treatment.
Deposits are redeemable against treatment on the day of your appointment.
